FOOD GRADE ORGANIC APPLE CIDER VINEGAR with the "Mother"
50 Grain (5%) Organic Apple Cider Vinegar is the result of the alcoholic and subsequent acetous fermentation of the juice of organic apples. The alcohol is converted to acetic acid by the microorganism Acetobacter aceti. The product is not filtered nor pasteurized to preserve its fragile bio-ingredients and it is prepared in accordance with the best commercial practice under strict sanitary conditions and the Federal guidelines for Good Manufacturing Practices. It is free of clarifiers, preservatives or other impurities and is Kosher certified. The product is certified organic by Quality Assurance International (QAI).
Apple Cider Vinegar is a cloudy, amber colored product, free from any pronounced foreign flavor or odor. The odor and flavor are clean, fruity and characteristic of apple cider vinegar.
